Not every single Chinese takeaway care how it taste like how much we did.
This is the start of our food journey.

When I was still young, I started working in various food shops like Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shops. Working there, I have been keeping on investigating the best formula for the food customers are addicted to. In the course of time, I have been always set a very high standard on my food taste.
15 years ago, I started my journey on having my own shop. Though I am not the chief chef, I am always monitor our production at the highest level. Ingredients, sauce, ratio, presentation and how it would be deliverd, all are our main concerns.
